CarePodd has a 30 day money back Guarantee, if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it anytime within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the 30 days have passed. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, returns are to be sent to the address below in the original packaging with a copy of your receipt. Once your CarePodd is received, a refund will be issued please note we do not issue refunds for shipping charges and all shipping fees paid by CarePodd will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, depending on your financial institution it can take 7-10 days for credits to appear on your statement.

30-Day Hardware Warranty - In the unfortunate event that you experience an issue with your CarePodd please reach out to our Customer Service team by responding to your confirmation email. They are happy to help and can help you troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing. Should you require replacement unit they can get one sent out immediately free of charge.
